My condolences to the family. I have many memories of Brass from my time working with CN Rail in Hanna. I got to know Brass from the locomotive shops, locomotives and yard office. Brass was the driving force behind the CN train display which made its appearance in the 75th Anniversary of Hanna celebration parade; the train display then sat outside the Hanna Railway Station for many years. The work and commitment Brass offered to his community and citizens is a model for others to follow.

Hugs to Linda, Cody, Jenn and families.
Dan and I first got to know Brass, Linda and Cody through hockey.
Then scooping ice cream from the caboose was where I got to know Jenn.
When the granddaughters were old enough for playschool, I was reunited with your family.
It was definitely evident that Brass loved his grandchildren, and took pride in whatever they were involved in.
He loved his community and would (and did) do anything to make Hanna a better place.

Our deepest condolences to Brass’s family. His loss will be felt throughout the community of Hanna. Brass certainly was a very proud Grandfather and took great pleasure on sharing the accomplishments of his grandchildren.
