I am very sorry to learn of Frank's passing. He was my brother-in-law for some years. He was always full of fun and mischief, a good story teller, and a warm and kind person. He had reconnected with my kids, his niece and nephew, and they were delighted to get to know this man they were too young to remember when they were last together.
Frank was a lot like his mother-full of positivity and with a generous spirit.
My sincere condolences to Mary, Susie, Louise, Frankie, Melanie, and any others who were close to Frank .
